What is RightAngle’s most frequently ordered keyboard system?
Our Myriad™ FastAction Precision (#MFP21) is the most popular. It features a quick connect hook and slot system and no knob or lever is needed for height adjustment. The Myriad has a low profile design and it adapts easily to any workstation. Orders of 50 systems or less qualify for our QuickShip program. Check out the MFP21 Keyboard Tray
Is freight included on orders?
The pricing for our Ergonomic products and R-Style™ seating includes freight when shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges for expedited orders are paid by the customer. (Exception: Orders which are less than $135 list price are subject to a $10 shipping and handling charge.)
The pricing for NewHeights™ electric height adjustable tables and the R-Style™ Office Series does not include shipping. We compare prices from several freight companies and then ship in the most direct and economical manner.
Please contact customer service at 800-298-4351 for a freight quote. Quotes are dock to dock, however, if additional services are required (i.e. lift gate, inside delivery, etc.), please indicate at the time freight quote is requested. Due to the ever-changing fuel rates, freight quotes prior to order placement are valid for a period of one week after which time it would be necessary to request an updated quote.
What are the work surface color options?
Our R-Style™ and NewHeights™ thermally fused worksurfaces are available in Cherry, Pearwood, Hardrock Maple, Black and Mahogany. Worksurfaces may also be special ordered in high pressure laminates in Cherry, Pearwood, Pumice, Pebble, Stonedust, Opti Gray, Black, Oak, Hardrock Maple and Mahogany with a lead time of 4-6 weeks at a slightly higher price.Specaial Order Laminates
Which color options qualify for the QuickShip program?
R-Style™ and NewHeights™ products offers a QuickShip lead time of 1-3 days on orders of 20 standard items or less (thermally fused laminates only). On custom or non-standard sizes/shapes are not included in the QuickShip program.
What size monitors fit on the Hover™ monitor arms?
The arms will support a monitor up to 25lbs. They are available in either clamp or grommet mount.
What is the lead time on a custom workstation?
Custom orders usually ship within 4-6 weeks.
What is your standard lead time on ergonomic products?
RightAngle Ergonomic products have a standard QuickShip lead time of 1-3 days on orders of 50 systems or less. Orders of 51 items or more require a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
What is your standard lead time on R-Style™ and NewHeights™ products?
Both offer a QuickShip lead time of 1-3 days on orders of 20 standard items or less. Our standard laminates are available in thermally fused Pearwood, Cherry, Black, Hardrock Maple and Mahogany. Orders of 21 tables or more, custom or non-standard sizes/shapes require a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer wire management for R-Style and NewHeights products?
Yes. The R-Style Office Series has built in vertical wire management in the legs. Optinal horizontal wire management is a available in 48”, 60”and 72” lengths.
Does RightAngle offer worksurface grommets?
Yes. When you submit your purchase order, please include a drawing outlining the approximate placement and measurement requirements of grommet placement. You will receive a final drawing from RightAngle which must be approved prior to processing your order.
Can I order products direct from RightAngle?
RightAngle has a system of dealers throughout the United States who are trained in the features and benefits of RightAngle products, therefore we do not sell direct to end users. We will be happy to assist you in locating a RightAngle dealer. Call us at 800-298-4351 for customer assistance.
What is the difference between the #326SDM keyboard drawer and the new #2450CKM?
For the same list price, the new and improved model # 2450CKM has a palm support that covers the entire length of the tray for a left or right mouse area, rounded slide brackets, an added lip for pulling the tray into position, plus, 3 wire management holes.
